This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases of ATI products through our website, direct sales channels, quotations, order acknowledgments, invoices, and related communications. This policy is incorporated into ATI’s Terms of Sale.

1. General Policy
ATI is committed to providing responsive customer service and quality products. If you experience a problem with your order, please review this policy and contact ATI before returning any item.
No return, refund, exchange, or credit will be processed without ATI’s prior authorization. Items returned without prior contact and authorization may be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense.
2. Return Request Period
A request to return an item must be submitted to ATI within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may be denied at ATI’s discretion.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, Customer must contact ATI at sales@analogti.com prior to shipping any item back. ATI will endeavor to respond within 2 business days.
ATI may request order information, product details, photographs, test results, or a description of the issue before authorizing a return. Once a return is authorized, Customer should include the original packing slip inside the return shipment to allow ATI to identify and process the return promptly.
4. Eligible Returns
Subject to ATI approval, an item may be eligible for return if:
- It is in substantially the same condition as received.
- It has not been used, installed, altered, damaged, or modified.
- It is returned with the original packaging and all accessories, manuals, labels, and supplied components.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Customer should inspect all shipments promptly upon receipt.
If an item arrives with visible shipping damage or with missing contents, Customer must notify ATI in writing within five (5) business days of delivery, in accordance with ATI’s Shipping Policy.
If an item is found to be defective or incorrectly shipped, Customer must notify ATI within 30 calendar days after delivery. ATI may request photographs, test data, packaging information, or other supporting materials to evaluate the issue.
If ATI confirms that the item is defective, damaged prior to delivery, or incorrectly shipped, ATI may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or credit, as appropriate.
6. Non-Returnable or Restricted-Return Items
Unless ATI expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the following items are non-returnable or subject to special return restrictions:
- Custom-made, customized, modified, or special-order products.
- Products that have been used, installed, altered, damaged, or improperly handled after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging or with missing parts, accessories, manuals, or labels.
- Controllers or similar products with soldered pins, modified leads, altered connectors, or other signs of installation or modification, including but not limited to laser drivers and TEC controllers.
- Items sold on a non-cancellable or non-returnable basis.
- Any product that ATI determines is not in resalable condition.
ATI reserves the right to determine whether a returned product qualifies for return, replacement, exchange, credit, or refund.
7. Restocking Fee
For non-defective returns approved by ATI, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Any approved refund for a non-defective return will be based on the product price paid, less the applicable restocking fee and any other applicable charges.
8. Shipping Charges and Return Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless ATI expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Unless the return is due to ATI’s confirmed error, confirmed shipment of the wrong item, or a defect confirmed by ATI, Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any brokerage fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, storage fees, carrier fees, and handling charges.
For international returns, Customer must ensure that all customs documentation clearly identifies the shipment as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value.” If ATI incurs any U.S. import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees due to the Customer’s incorrect or incomplete customs declaration, such charges will be deducted from the final refund amount or billed to the Customer.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the Customer or consignee, or is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to pay duties or taxes, failure to clear customs, or failure to accept delivery, the Customer remains responsible for the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, storage fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, disposal fees, and any other resulting costs. Any refund or credit in such cases, if approved, may be reduced by all applicable shipping, return, handling, disposal, and restocking charges.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to ATI approval. If ATI approves an exchange, ATI may require the original item to be returned first, or may otherwise instruct the Customer regarding the appropriate exchange procedure.
11. Refund Processing
If ATI approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are processed only after ATI receives and inspects the returned item, if return of the item is required.
For orders paid via international bank wire transfer, ATI reserves the right to deduct any applicable outward wire transfer fees from the refund amount, or, at ATI’s discretion, offer the refund in the form of store credit.
Please note that banks, credit card issuers, PayPal, and other payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund after ATI has issued it.
12. Warranty Claims
Issues involving product defects that arise during the applicable warranty period may be handled under ATI’s Terms of Sale and limited warranty provisions rather than as ordinary non-defective returns. Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits ATI’s rights under its Terms of Sale, warranty terms, or other applicable written sales documents.
